Tefty Ayurveda makes Ayurvedic wellness and natural personal care products. Strong products, a loyal early base - but their Amazon Seller Central account wasn't working hard enough. Listings weren't converting. Ad spend was leaking. The catalogue had gaps that cost them search visibility. Here's how we fixed it, and what happened in 90 days.
THE RESULTS - 90 DAYS
The Numbers That Mattered
~30%
Growth in Amazon sales revenue
↓ ACoS
Ad spend efficiency improved - same budget, more sales
↑ BSR
Best Seller Rank improved across key product categories
All three moved together because the work was connected - better listings drove organic rank, tighter PPC drove attributed sales, and improved BSR fed back into organic visibility. Each piece reinforced the others.
01 - THE BRAND
Good Products. Underperforming Account.
Tefty Ayurveda had a well-developed product range in a category with genuine demand - Ayurvedic health and personal care. Their offline presence was building, their early customers were loyal, and the products themselves had good reviews. The Amazon account, however, wasn't doing the products justice.

Amazon India - Seller Central (3P)
Starting problem
Low listing conversion, high ACoS, poor search visibility
Goal
Grow Amazon revenue while reducing wasted ad spend
The issues were typical of a brand that had set up their Amazon account themselves: keyword-thin titles, generic bullet points, no A+ Content, and Sponsored Products campaigns running on broad match with no negative keyword management. Spend was going out. Not enough was coming back.
02 - THE WORK
What We Did on the Account
The mandate was Amazon-first: fix the foundation, tighten the PPC, and make the catalogue work. Meta and Instagram were used as supporting channels to build brand demand and drive external traffic - but the Amazon account was the primary lever.
📋
Listing Optimisation
Full rewrite of titles, bullet points, and product descriptions across the catalogue. Keyword research using Amazon's search term reports and category-specific tools to identify the exact terms buyers were using. Each listing rebuilt to rank for primary keywords while clearly communicating the product's Ayurvedic positioning to a buyer deciding in seconds.
Improved listing conversion rate · higher organic impressions
🎯
Sponsored Products PPC Management
Rebuilt the campaign structure from scratch: separate campaigns by match type, tight ad group segmentation by product, and systematic negative keyword management to stop spend leaking to irrelevant searches. Bids managed weekly based on actual ACoS data per ASIN. New automatic campaigns run alongside manual to continuously harvest search terms - high performers moved to manual, poor performers negated.
Reduced ACoS · same budget driving more attributed sales
🖼️
A+ Content & Image Gallery
Built A+ Content modules for the top-selling ASINs - ingredient spotlights, usage context, and brand story sections that converted undecided buyers. Coordinated with the brand on lifestyle imagery to replace stock-style product shots with images that matched how their customers actually use the products. Better images on the carousel directly reduced return rates.
Higher conversion on key ASINs · lower return rate
📦
Catalogue & Pricing Management
Audit of the full catalogue to identify suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and missing attributes that were costing search visibility. Pricing reviewed against category benchmarks and Buy Box win rate - several ASINs were priced outside the competitive range and losing the Buy Box to resellers. Promotions and coupons planned around high-traffic dates relevant to wellness and Ayurveda.
Eliminated suppressed listings · improved Buy Box win rate
📱
External Demand - Meta & Instagram
Meta and Instagram campaigns run in parallel to build brand search volume on Amazon - a key signal Amazon's A9 algorithm uses to improve organic rank. Targeted audiences matching the Ayurvedic wellness buyer profile. The goal wasn't direct click-through to Amazon; it was brand awareness that translated into branded searches, which translated into improved organic visibility on the marketplace.
Increased branded search volume on Amazon · improved BSR
03 - HOW IT UNFOLDED
Month by Month
MONTH 1
Foundation - listings, catalogue, and campaign rebuild
Full account audit. Listing rewrites completed for all active ASINs. Suppressed and stranded inventory cleared. Sponsored Products campaigns restructured: old campaigns paused, new campaign architecture live with correct match-type segmentation. Negative keyword lists seeded from historical search term reports. A+ Content in development for top-3 ASINs. ACoS high in week 1 as new campaigns enter the learning phase - expected.
MONTH 2
Optimisation - bids, keywords, and BSR movement
Campaigns exit learning phase. Weekly bid adjustments based on ACoS by ASIN and match type. High-performing search terms from auto campaigns harvested into manual exact-match campaigns. A+ Content live on top ASINs - early conversion rate improvement visible in the listing performance dashboard. BSR on lead SKUs begins improving as organic impressions grow. Meta campaigns running - brand search volume picking up.
MONTH 3
Compounding - sales growth, ACoS down, BSR up
Amazon sales revenue up approximately 30% versus pre-engagement baseline. ACoS reduced meaningfully - same ad budget converting more efficiently as the campaign structure tightens and high-intent keywords dominate spend. BSR improved across the primary category and subcategory. Buy Box win rate on previously contested ASINs significantly higher. External Instagram and Meta campaigns driving measurable branded search uplift on Amazon.
04 - WHAT MADE IT WORK
The Amazon Account Is a System
The 30% sales growth didn't come from one fix. It came from treating the Amazon account as a system where listing quality, PPC efficiency, catalogue hygiene, and external demand all interact.
Better listings converted more of the traffic already arriving - making every existing ad rupee more effective before we even touched the bids. Tighter PPC structure meant spend concentrated on searches that actually converted, lowering ACoS. Improved BSR from the combination of organic and paid performance fed back into more organic impressions - reducing dependence on paid traffic over time. External brand campaigns ensured that when buyers searched for Tefty by name, they found a polished, conversion-ready listing waiting for them.
For brands considering Amazon account management
Most Amazon accounts underperform not because the product is wrong but because the account hasn't been set up to win. Thin listings, unmanaged PPC, and ignored catalogue issues are leaving sales on the table that buyers are already willing to spend. A managed account - properly structured and actively optimised - captures that revenue. Tefty Ayurveda's 90-day numbers are what that looks like in practice.
