Amazon Account Management

Your Amazon
account,
fully managed.

Listings, Sponsored Ads, FBA, A+ content, account health, reimbursements, and event planning - one team handles every layer so you can focus on sourcing and scaling, not Seller Central.

Who This Is For

Not every seller
needs the same thing.

We work with brands at different stages. Here's who gets the most out of a fully managed Amazon account.

20L+
Sellers on Amazon India as of 2026 - most competing without a proper account strategy
99.3%
Pincodes Amazon.in reaches - the broadest fulfilment reach of any Indian marketplace
01
Brands that want to build a name on Amazon
You have a product and a trademark but your Amazon presence is basic. We set up Brand Registry, build A+ content and a Brand Store, and run Sponsored Brands campaigns that put your name in front of category shoppers - not just people who already know you.
02
Sellers who are growing but losing ground to operations
Orders are coming in but suppressed listings, stock-outs, unfiled reimbursement claims, and runaway ad spend keep eating the growth. You need someone taking over the daily account work so you can focus on inventory and product decisions.
03
Businesses launching on Amazon for the first time
Distributors, manufacturers, and D2C brands moving online or expanding from Flipkart. We build the catalogue, plan the FBA setup, and launch the first campaigns so the account starts with the right signals - not a messy history to clean up later.
04
Sellers on Amazon plus other marketplaces
Managing Amazon alone is a full-time job. Managing it alongside Flipkart and Meesho is three full-time jobs. One team across all three means your stock, pricing, and event planning are coordinated - not competing against each other.
What's Included

Every layer of your
Amazon account. Covered.

Running an Amazon account well is a full-time job. Listings get suppressed, inventory runs out before a sale event, reimbursement claims go unfiled, and ad spend drifts. We take over the daily work so none of that happens without someone noticing.

Service areas covered under every managed account engagement
Daily
Account health and suppressed listing checks - not weekly, not monthly
📋
Catalogue & Listing Optimisation
Titles, bullet points, product descriptions, backend search terms, and images built to Amazon's style guide so your listings rank, stay indexed, and convert - not just describe the product.
📢
Sponsored Products, Brands & Display
Structured campaigns with correct keyword segmentation (exact, phrase, broad, auto), placement bid logic, daily bid adjustments, and weekly negative keyword hygiene. ACoS tracked against your break-even, not Amazon's dashboard averages.
🏭
FBA Setup & Management
End-to-end FBA: shipment planning, label requirements, Send to Amazon workflow, inventory forecasting to avoid stock-outs before peak events, and removal orders to avoid long-term storage charges.
✨
A+ Content & Brand Store
Full A+ Content design and copywriting - module planning, image briefs, benefit-led copy, and submission. Brand Store creation with a proper storefront structure. Typically lifts conversion rate by 3–10% on well-trafficked ASINs.
🏥
Account Health Monitoring
Daily monitoring of Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, cancellation rate, IP complaints, and policy notifications. Account health decides the Buy Box and the account itself - we watch it before Amazon does.
🔧
Suppressed & Search-Suppressed Listings
The suppression reason identified, data or images fixed, and a case raised with Seller Support until the listing is live again. Suppressed listings lose all organic rank - we treat every suppression as urgent.
📦
Inventory & Replenishment Planning
Stock levels, Days of Inventory, and FBA share monitored weekly. Inbound shipments timed so fast-moving ASINs don't run out before the Great Indian Festival or Prime Day inbound cut-offs.
↩️
Returns, RTO & Reimbursement Claims
Returns and RTO handled, SAFE-T claims filed for return abuse, and FBA reimbursement claims for units lost or damaged in Amazon's warehouses - filed, followed up, and reconciled until they are paid.
💰
Fees & Payout Reconciliation
Referral fees, closing fees, FBA charges, SPF adjustments, and settlements reconciled against every order. Fee errors and shortfalls flagged and disputed - most sellers don't know Amazon owes them money until they check.
🗓️
Event Planning & Reporting
Prime Day and Great Indian Festival planned four weeks out - deal submissions, FBA inbound cut-offs, ad budget pacing, and Lightning Deal scheduling. Weekly reports on sales, ACoS, returns, and settlements with next week's actions agreed.
Brand Registry enrolment & IP protection
Search Term Report analysis every week
Competitor & Buy Box tracking
Request a Review automation for ratings
Easy Ship, Self Ship & FBA - all models covered
Vine programme setup for new ASIN launch
Deals, coupons & Lightning Deal management
Weekly review call + live dashboard access
How We Work

From audit to growth
in five steps.

Every engagement follows the same sequence - because skipping a step is how accounts stay broken.

1
Audit
Listing quality, account health, inventory, open claims, and 90 days of ad data - reviewed and written up within 5 working days. No commitment.
2
Fix
Suppressed listings, unfiled reimbursement claims, catalogue gaps, and wasted ad spend cleared in month one - before scaling anything.
3
Run
Daily operations, weekly review call, and a live dashboard you can check at any time. Everything managed - nothing waiting for you to notice it.
4
Report
Weekly numbers on sales, returns, settlements, and ACoS - with the next week's actions agreed on the review call, not left open.
5
Grow
A+ content, Brand Store, FBA expansion, new ASIN launches, and event planning for Prime Day and the Great Indian Festival.
Problems We Fix

These show up in almost
every audit we run.

Most of the revenue sellers are losing isn't going to competitors - it's going to problems they don't know exist. Every one of these shows up in the first-week audit, and most are fixed within two weeks.

Month 1
Timeframe in which we clear suppressed listings, unfiled claims, and wasted ad spend for every new account
🔴
Listings suppressed and losing rank every day
A title over the character limit, a main image with a prop in it, or a missing required attribute suppresses a listing silently. The seller often doesn't notice for weeks. Every day suppressed is organic rank the algorithm won't give back easily.
🔴
PPC campaigns with one bid for every keyword
Auto campaigns left to run without a harvesting loop, exact/phrase/broad not separated, no negatives added, no placement bid adjustments. Budget goes to search terms that never convert and the seller sees a high ACoS with no idea where to start fixing it.
🔴
FBA reimbursement claims never filed
Amazon loses and damages stock in its own warehouses regularly. Sellers are entitled to reimbursements but there's a claim window - once it closes, the money is gone. Most sellers don't know the claims exist, let alone that they have to file them.
🔴
Account health sliding from unchecked cancellations
A stock-out caused cancellations. The cancellations weren't explained to Amazon. The pre-fulfilment cancel rate is now above 2.5%. The account health score has dropped. The Buy Box share has gone with it - and the seller is still adding inventory.
🔴
Inbound shipments planned after the GIF cut-off
Amazon closes FBA inbound cut-offs 3–4 weeks before the Great Indian Festival. Sellers who plan stock too late miss the event entirely for FBA-fulfilled ASINs, losing the Prime badge and the deal eligibility at the worst possible time.
🔴
Fee settlements never reconciled
Referral fees, closing fees, FBA charges, and SPF adjustments that don't match what Amazon actually owed. Error goes unnoticed for months. The amount recoverable from a proper reconciliation is often a surprise - almost always in the seller's favour.

Frequently Asked

Questions sellers ask
before they start.

No. You add us as a secondary user in Seller Central with the permissions we need - we never see your login or password. You can remove that access at any time. You keep full ownership of the account, every listing, and all historical data. If you leave, nothing leaves with us.
We take secondary-user access to Seller Central and review your listings for quality and suppression, account health metrics (ODR, LSR, cancel rate), inventory levels and FBA share, open reimbursement claims, and 90 days of ad data. We send a written findings document within five working days showing what we'd fix first and in what order. There's no commitment and no charge.
Retainers depend on number of ASINs, order volume, and whether ads are included. Ads are priced either as a fixed retainer or as a percentage of managed ad spend. Catalogue work is priced per SKU for large catalogues. We share a written scope and fixed monthly price after the 30-minute audit call - no surprises and no lock-in beyond the first quarter.
Yes. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display are managed by the same team - not outsourced. We run structured campaigns with separate match types, placement bid logic, keyword harvesting from Search Term Reports, and weekly negative keyword additions. ACoS targets are set against your actual break-even margin, not Amazon's benchmarks.
We don't offer standalone suspended-account reinstatement as a one-off service. If your account is already suspended, we'll be honest about whether we can help before you sign anything. Our focus is on keeping accounts healthy so suspension never becomes a question - account health monitoring is part of every engagement.
Yes. We plan which ASINs go into FBA, create inbound shipments and monitor stock levels, and file reimbursement claims for units lost or damaged in Amazon's warehouses. Claims are followed up until they are paid - not filed and forgotten. The amount recovered in the first reconciliation is often a significant surprise for sellers who have never filed before.
Yes. We prepare the Brand Registry application with your trademark details and submit it. Once approved, we design and write the A+ Content modules (benefit-led copy, image briefs, module planning) and build the Brand Store with a proper navigation structure - not a single-page placeholder. A+ Content typically improves conversion rates by 3–10% on well-trafficked ASINs.
We price per marketplace and per scope. Account management is a monthly retainer. Ads are either a retainer or a percentage of managed ad spend - whichever aligns better with your stage. Catalogue work for large SKU counts is priced per SKU. You get a written scope and a fixed price after a 30-minute call. No lock-in beyond the first quarter.
Both. New sellers get account setup, catalogue build, FBA onboarding, and launch campaign support - so the account starts with clean signals rather than a history to fix. Established brands typically come to us for ad efficiency, account health, reimbursement recovery, and multi-marketplace coordination.
Yes, always. We work through secondary user access in Seller Central and the Amazon Ads API - access you authorise and can revoke at any time, without needing to tell us first. Every listing, every report, every piece of A+ content and Brand Store content belongs to you. If you leave, everything stays in your account.
